Uninvited Welcome

When I came out of the four walls you were down there pouring heavily. The least expected. Excited legs running around pushing and pulling me into the drops. Chill.

Turning to the old ugly corner of the street I saw people enjoying hot tea, cigars and snacks. Seven O'clock evening at its full stretch in the misty yellow light under the street light. Flies
reminded me of electrons and orbits. Not bad!

One couple under the umbrella still sharing an ice cream. Till the day before, pairs were sitting here on the pavement stones, chatting lazily. With the umbrella when the pair walks away, my old courtyard of dreams is going to be empty. A light breeze shed some old flowers on my head. Tap tap. Wake up old boy!

In the pool of water on the ciment floor I saw myslef looking down.
